DOA (Dead on Arrival)
All unit(s) "Dead on Arrival" will be replaced free of charge. Dead on arrival failures are defined as unit(s) that fail less than 30 days after purchase (proof of purchase required). Replacement unit(s) will be shipped on an advance replacement basis, as inventory is available. A Purchase order or credit card for the replacement unit must be provided at time of request. Replacement material will be shipped at no cost when available. The exchanged unit must be returned to Econram Systems within 10 days of receipt of replacement. Failure to return the exchanged item will result in invoicing against PO or credit card provided.

In the instance that Econram is unable to replace an item, a refund will be applied, minus shipping costs and restocking fees.

ECONRAM SYSTEMS RETURNS

Econram Systems' Thirty (30) Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to all products returned within 30 days of receipt. Products returned after this period and found to be fully operational, will be returned to stock and the customer billed up to a 60% restocking fee.

Unless otherwise stated the warranty period will be 90 days from date of shipment.

It is our customer's responsibility to check incoming packages for shipping damage. Any such damage should be immediately reported to the carrier and a claim should be submitted.

Occasionally incorrect or incomplete orders may be sent accidentally. In case your order arrives and is incomplete or inaccurate please notify us within 5 business days of receipt. Missing or wrong part requests will not be honored after this time period has elapsed.

If returned product is determined to have been misused, abused, damaged, or altered it will be returned to the customer at freight cost.

Econram Systems will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of returned product, minus any restocking fees deemed necessary.
